How children are counted for passenger capacity

Children under 12 are counted differently from adults.

For seating capacity, 3 children under 12 count as 2 adults.

This rule is commonly tested in true/false questions.

Remember: 3 children = 2 adults.

Children (under 12 years old) "3 people" = Adults "2 people"
