When is it considered double overtaking?

If the vehicle in front of you is

overtaking another vehicle

and you still overtake both vehicles at the same time, this is considered

double overtaking

and is a

traffic violation

If the vehicle in front of you is

overtaking a motorcycle or bicycle

then overtaking both vehicles is not considered double overtaking

The term

"vehicle in front"

also includes bicycles, motorcycles, and light vehicles in the process of overtaking. Be careful to avoid violations.
